What times are viewing?

Viewing times are on the business day before the auction from 11:00 am to 5:00 PM or by appointment. Please contact the office for details (780) 784-5555 ext.1

Are children allowed at the auction?

The auction is a fast paced and fast moving environment, so we do not allow any children under the age of 16 at the auction. Children over the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and supervised at all times.

Can we have someone else pay for and pick up my vehicle?

Absolutely! If you send someone with a copy of your driver’s license and a letter of consent they can pick up your unit. Without the letter of consent we will allow them to make your payment, however they will not be able to pick up the unit for you.

When will the cheques be ready and can we have someone else pick it up for me? Can you mail out my cheques?

Cheques are available in 5-7 business days from the sale day for pick up.

If you would like your cheque mailed, please call the front office when cheques are ready to request it be mailed.

We require authorization from the seller to release the cheque to a third party, or to be mailed to a 3rd party address, all consent and authorization must be provided in writing.

What do you need to run a vehicle though the auction?

To sell your vehicle through the auction you will need to bring it in with proof of ownership, either a bill of sale or registration (current or expired), you will also need government issued photo id.

What are the fees for selling a vehicle (commission rate, entry fee, run fees)?

Commission is 10% with a minimum of $80. There is a processing fee of $65 for the first auction. Each auction thereafter will have a $15 entrance fee and a $25 no sale fee.

How often do you have a sale? When is your sale day?

We have regular public auctions on scheduled Saturdays at 10:00 AM.

Industrial auctions are held on scheduled Saturdays starting at 12:00 PM.

Is there a buyers fee and if so what is it?

Do you need to be here when we sell your vehicle?

Sellers do not need to be present during the sale, however if you have a reserve price on the unit we do ask that you be available to contact via phone.

For industrial what are the buyers fees per lot/item?

Misc – 15% to a max $650.00
Rolling Stock – 10% to a max $650.00

When is load out? How long do they have to remove items from our facility?

For our industrial miscellaneous sale we do not allow load outs on sale days. Any rolling stock items (Vehicles) are required to be picked up within 5 business days. If there are any questions or concerns about load out please contact the office.
